Lecture Theatres

University of Technology Sarawak is equipped with three lecture theatres to support a dynamic learning environment. These include:

Lecture Theatre A (LTA) and Lecture Theatre B (LTB), each offering seating for up to 190 attendees, are situated within the Built Environment Centre, catering to a range of academic activities.

Lecture Theatre C (LTC), with a larger capacity of 390 seats, is located at the Management Science and General Studies Centre, designed to accommodate larger lectures and events.

This configuration allows us to host a diverse array of lectures, seminars, and events, supporting our commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience.

Academic Resources Centre (ARC)

The Academic Resources Centre (ARC) is designed to support students’ academic pursuits with state-of-the-art facilities, strategically located across two floors to cater to a variety of study needs:

Computers & Internet Access Area

On the ground floor, ARC provides a tech-ready space equipped with 100 computers, offering full internet access to facilitate students’ research and learning activities.

Study Area

With a seating capacity for 500 students, the ARC study area is tailored to accommodate individual study sessions or group work, fostering a conducive learning environment.

Reading Area

Across the ARC, comfortable reading spots are available, inviting students to delve into their studies or leisure reading in a serene setting.

Discussion Rooms

Five specially designed discussion rooms, each capable of hosting 6 to 8 students, are available for reservation on the first floor. These rooms are ideal for collaborative projects, group studies, or meetings, and can be accessed with prior permission from the Librarians.
